System 1

There are two types of panels sizes witch is 800x600 and 30 or 50 mm. Panels are glued directly on solid underlay like concrete, plaster board and fiber concrete board. Gaps between board are filled with fast drying fill material and sanded shortly after to leveling. First layer of plaster is sprayed in a thin layer and dried. Second layer is applied in a thick layer and smoothed out. After drying, the surface is sanded, and then finish. Foamboard is glued directly to solid underlay and with hz isoprimer as a start. First layer of plaster is applied and hz mesh is smoothed in the plaster and dried. Second layer is applied in a thick layer and smoothed out. After drying, the surface is sanded, and then finish.

Plasterboard are fixed according to plasterboard manufacturer (Knauf) with cc on 300 mm. joints are filled with our fill bonder. First layer of plaster is sprayed in a thin layer and dried. Second layer is applied in a thick layer and smoothed out. After drying, the surface is sanded, and then finish.
